Registration fee includes entrance into the Monday Night Fish Fry, access to all presentations, up to 11 professional development hours (PDH's), continental breakfast and lunch on Tuesday, breaks, and the Tuesday evening Exhibit-Mixer at Memorial Stadium (transportation provided) with complimentary beer, wine & appetizers.
Online Registration fee: $130.00 per person (please register by February 20, 2019 to secure this rate)
Onsite Registration fee: $160.00 per person (beginning at 7:30 am on Tuesday, February 26, 2019)
Wednesday Luncheon: $25.00 per person
Cancellations will not be accepted after February 13, 2019. You may however send a colleague in your place.
