Your virtual registration fee covers online access to all presentations at the THE Conference that you can watch at your convenience and PDH’s for the sessions you watch. The presentations can be viewed either on the Cvent APP on your phone or on your computer. Please note, there is no in-person component to this option.
Will I be able to watch the presentations live?
The conference planners believe the sessions will be able to be viewed live. While we have performed multiple testing scenarios with great success, we are unable to ensure that you will be able to view the presentations live. All of our efforts are going into making sure the in-person experience is top-notch while ensuring the sessions are recorded for you to be able to view.
Will I be able to ask the presenters questions?
The conference planners believe the sessions will be able to be viewed live. There will not, however, be a way for you to ask questions or engage with the speakers during the presentations. You will be able to reach out to the speakers via the app/website after their presentation to ask questions directly. Please note, we will not be recording the live question and answer session.
How long will I be able to view the presentations?
You will have access to the recorded presentations for 2 months.
Can I download the presentations from the Cvent App to view later?
No, you will not be able to download the presentations. They are only able to be viewed in the Cvent App. Some speakers may allow their video to be distributed. You will receive information on who and how to access those after the conference by email.
