Conference Registration

IDOT employees– Please have an area representative register your office/district in one transaction. 
Representatives-Please select “I’m registering on behalf of this person” and provide your name and email address. The invoice will be sent to you in the registration confirmation.  Please submit that to your finance department.
Checks must be made out to the “University of Illinois”

Pre-Conference Workshops 

Monday, March 2, iHotel & Conference Center (Illinois Ballroom)

$65.00 per person and includes entrance into the morning and afternoon workshops and lunch.

Registration Fees:

Advance Registration:            $190.00     Registration received by February 1, 2026
Registration:                               $225.00    Registration received between February 2 and February 17
Onsite Registration:                $300.00     Registration received after February 17

The registration fee includes the following:

  1. Entrance into all presentations on Tuesday and Wednesday
  2. Breakfast and lunch on Tuesday
  3. Breakfast on Wednesday
  4. Fish Fry at Legends on Monday Night (5:00 pm)
  5. Tuesday Night Mixer @ the Colonnades Club (5:00-7:30 pm)
  6. Parking

Cancellations will not be accepted after February 1.  You may however send someone in your place.

Professional Development Hours

Professional Development Hours (PDHs) will be offered for attending the conference. One PDH equals one contact hour.

Attendees will receive a certificate granting the PDHs after the conference concludes. It will be your responsibility to chart your attendance and determine your hours.
