Pre-Conference Workshops

Tuesday, March 7th, I Hotel & Conference Center (Illinois Ballroom)

$60 per person and includes entrance into the morning and afternoon workshops and lunch.
You may register for just the workshops. 

9:00-12:00 pm-Bike, Pedestrian, & ADA Guidance
The workshop will cover IDOT’s bike and pedestrian policy, design standards, and ADA assessment and policy.

The workshop speakers will present on utility permitting and relocation process, fiber optic networks, Move Illinois corridor utility challenges, and future utility updates with new technologies.

Price:  $160.00 if you register by February 28
Onsite Registration Fee (after February 28):  $200.00

The registration fee includes the following:

  1. Entrance into all presentations on Wednesday and Thursday
  2. Breakfast and lunch on Wednesday
  3. Breakfast on Thursday
  4. Fish Fry at Legends on Tuesday Night (5:00 pm)
  5. Wednesday Night Mixer @ the Colonnades Club
  6. Parking

Cancellations will not be accepted after February 28.  You may however send someone in your place.

Professional Development Hours

Professional Development Hours (PDHs) will be offered for attending the conference. One PDH equals one contact hour.

Attendees will receive a certificate granting the PDHs after the conference concludes. It will be your responsibility to chart your attendance and determine your hours.
