Please note funds from sponsorships and exhibitors will be used in support of planning and execution of current and future conferences. If funding allows, student scholarships will be awarded to students studying or earning a degree in the area of Transportation. Funds may also be used to create an endowment fund to ensure future and continuous support of student scholarships for the purpose previously mentioned.

In-Person Registration

In-Person registration includes entrance to all sessions, meals, parking, access to online recordings via the Cvent app/website for 2 months and PDH’s at the iHotel Conference Center in Champaign, IL.

Workshops

This year will feature 2 workshops that will be held concurrently on March 2nd, 2026 from 1pm – 4pm at the iHotel & Conference Center. Use one of the registration buttons above to register for 1 of these workshops.

Workshop Options (concurrent):

Workshop #1 – IDOT Traffic Policy Updates: Illinois Supplement to the 11th Edition MUTCD and IDOT Speed Limit Policy

Workshop #1 – IDOT Bureau of Operations recently issued the new Illinois Supplement to the 11thEdition of the National Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices.  This workshop will include a detailed discussion on how this document integrates with the National MUTCD, the format changes made to this document, and the Illinois specific provisions contained within the document.  In addition, this workshop will include a presentation on updates to the IDOT policy on establishing speed limits along state jurisdiction roadways.  This policy was recently revised to include a more context-based approach to conducting speed studies and increased consideration of vulnerable road users when establishing altered speed limits.

Workshop #2 – Illinois DOT CADD and Digital Delivery Workshop

Workshop #2 – IDOT Technology Policy and Support Unit will highlight and discuss our recent CADD updates and what this means for the Consultant community. Discussion will cover our CADD Manual, CADD Environment, file maintenance / content file, updating files from SS10 to ORD/OBM, modeling best practices with usage of item types, and training. We will also talk about IDOT’s vision for Digital Delivery and where we are planning on going with future CADD and Modeling updates.
